The Wizards finished their second season now with their new manager Scott Jenkins. 2006, the Wizards ended
with a 21-9-4 record which was a new high for the club. Making it all the way to the league championship game, they lost 0-1
to L.A., taking away their dream.
The Wizards returned strong in 2007 ready to declare what was rightfully theirs. With a 32-2-2 record, they
walked into the playoffs with dominance, taking home the championship with a 3-0 victory over Chicago.
Now the Wizards will look at 2008 with a step up on the level and more challenges. Can they go back to back champs?
We will see.
For manager Scott Jenkins's first year with the Wizards, he proved to be a big key to the success along with the recruiting
of a few players, like Joe Schutte and Brett Jenkins from Manhattan Christian College from there in Kansas. Now, the Wizards
hold preparation and commit this 2007 season to coming back and getting what they deserve.
